Breakfast the first day was fine, the second day was a busy holiday and the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Hotel location was excellent. The double room was larger and more comfortable than I expected. Only smoking rooms were available but we could open the window and there was an air-purifier in the room. The room also had a good view, and we were happy to be able to watch BBC World News.

The staffs are very helpful. I stayed for 2 nights. I booked for a non-smoking room but somewhat the room I got for the first night smelled tobacco. I asked for a change and was given a room with nice air. The staff even let me to check the air in the room before changing it for me. I am very grateful for the service and I had a nice rest on Day 2.

Breakfast is good. The location is 30 to 40 steps away from JR Kurashiki Station.

ONE MINUTE WALK FROM TRAIN STATION (CONNECTED BY OVER HEAD WALKWAY), SO CLOSE TO TOWN, LOVELY ROOM CLEAN BATHROOM.

Location is very convenient. Room and environment are very clean. Front counter service was perfect.

The location is very strategic , shops , restaurants , outlet , and you can also walk to the canal area . They have all the basic amenities. Microwave , coin laundry also available at the hotel .
