Breakfast the first day was fine, the second day was a busy holiday and the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Hotel location was excellent. The double room was larger and more comfortable than I expected. Only smoking rooms were available but we could open the window and there was an air-purifier in the room. The room also had a good view, and we were happy to be able to watch BBC World News.

Stayed in plenty of apa hotels, this one didn’t really stand out to me but it was still nice, the staff are always fantastic.

Excellent location right next to train station. Close to historical area, food, and shopping. Breakfast is good, comfy beds, and staff are helpful.

service was amazing. we booked while on the bullet train and the staff very kindly kept all of our rooms together which was amazing.

The staffs are very helpful. I stayed for 2 nights. I booked for a non-smoking room but somewhat the room I got for the first night smelled tobacco. I asked for a change and was given a room with nice air. The staff even let me to check the air in the room before changing it for me. I am very grateful for the service and I had a nice rest on Day 2.
